Software Applications

Project Execution Network has developed native applications for use within your ProjexTeam™ eBusiness Platform (see below). What’s more, ProjexTeam’s open source code base (GPLv2+), modular architecture and RESTful API make it possible to add new (custom developed or third-party integrated) applications with relative ease.

  • Strategy/Business Planning Application

    The PROJEX Strategy/Business Planning application provides a unique, step-by-step methodology for assessing the “as is” situation of your business, defining a winning strategy, and evaluating investments that can help you achieve “to be” objectives. The application is built around a six-step process/roadmap. Each process step includes a powerful set of tools for performing the assessments, analysis or benchmarking necessary to complete the strategy and business planning process. This application also includes four online training courses — Strategic Business Development, Project Management, Marketing Strategy and Sales Training.

  • IT Management Application

    The PROJEX IT Management application provides a comprehensive set of planning, documentation management, user training, IT and operations functional assessments, network/security assessment, business process management modeling and simulation tools. The application is built around an onsite network/security assessment that is used to identify critical network issues and security risks. A link to the Bizagi process modeling and simulation software is included at no charge.

    The PROJEX IT Management application also provides access to an extensive menu of cloud applications, support services and vCIO consulting capabilities that can be procured on demand … plus four business related training courses, IT user training and reference links to external IT training courses.

  • Marketing Management Application

    The PROJEX Marketing Management application provides a comprehensive set of assessment and planning tools, as well as four online training courses. The application is built around a Go-to-Market Roadmap, marketing management framework and a set of downloadable tools/templates. The Go-to-Market Roadmap provides a step-by-step methodology for assessing existing capabilities and optimizing processes to facilitate your “go to market” strategy.

    The PROJEX Marketing Management application includes a comprehensive menu structure with links to a complete family of marketing automation, video streaming and marketing service capabilities … all available for purchase on an as-needed basis. The PROJEX Marketing Management and PROJEX Sales Enablement applications can be combined so that marketing content is distributed to the sales team instantly and available on any device, anywhere, as-needed, by every member of the sales team.

  • Sales Enablement Application

    The PROJEX Sales Enablement application is a “sales team” facing tool for delivering brochures, videos, presentations, specifications, playbooks and other essential information — on demand, on any device, anywhere, to your sales representatives (direct sales, reps, distributors). The PROJEX Sales Enablement application is built around a Sales Cycle Acceleration Roadmap, sales management framework, sales tool menu (configurable template) and a set of downloadable tools/templates.

    The PROJEX Sales Cycle Acceleration Roadmap provides a step-by-step methodology for assessing existing capabilities and optimizing processes to reduce the average time needed to close sales. There is also a powerful sales team networking and discussion capability built in … providing a forum for application, competitive, customer, and any other categories of discussion topics important to your selling process.

    The PROJEX Sales Enablement application can operate alone, or in conjunction with an integrated cloud-based CRM (yours or ours).

  • HR Management Application

    The PROJEX Human Resource Management application provides an integrated capability for managing all of the elements of today’s HR environment, including planning, talent acquisition and management, compliance, training, organizational development and HR information systems.

    The PROJEX Human Resource Management application is built around a Human Capital Management Roadmap that assesses current HR policies and processes vs. best practices — to identify key issues and opportunities to optimize the organization’s investment in people. An HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is available to provide centralized and secure employee data, self-service functionality, time and attendance tracking, performance review tools, automated workflows, onboarding, benefits administration and customization options.

    The application provides access to cultural benchmarking, organizational development, business process redesign and change management tools that can be procured on demand.
